On a sleepy, gray morning an unassuming country diner (and everyone inside) are unexpectedly sneezed through space and time to land in Troika City! And right next to the Blancmange and Thistle Hotel no less...
"The Day the Diner Disappeared" is a digital zine framing a Troika Campaign in which the PCs are (mostly) mundane folk, who's base of operations is a space-time displaced greasy spoon restaurant. A Farmer, Landscaper, and Short Order Cook take on the vast strangeness of the infinite spheres!
Now, ALSO comes with a "Campaign Menu!" This is several recommended third party Troika! adventures and such, as well as suggestions for how to tie them into an ongoing campaign, AND some notes on new characters and economic concerns.

I ran ~4 sessions using this zine as the start of the campaign. I really enjoy these backgrounds. They are slice of life. The 'Landscaper' is my favorite background in the collection.
There's so much to be said about this game but truly you need to experience it for yourself. I ran a few sessions using this comfy campaign and everyone loved their characters. Content like this is why Troika has become one of my favorite games to play with my friends.
